We don't produce or host any copyrighted content ourselves — content is supplied by upstream providers. Our role is the subscriber-facing layer: account provisioning, support, billing, and the customer-side configuration that gets you streaming in under five minutes.

Who runs the service

Luxiptv is operated by a small, accountable team. The Luxiptv Editorial Team writes and maintains every page on this site, reviews pricing and feature claims at least once per quarter, and signs off on schema/structured data changes. Customer support, billing, and platform operations are handled by the same team — no offshore call-center hand-off. Every customer message routes to a human on WhatsApp, with a target reply time of under two minutes during the working hours published on our contact page.

How we measure & report quality

Where we cite numbers (uptime, channel count, library size, support response times), we use these definitions:

  • Channel count — deduplicated count of live channels available through your subscription, measured against the upstream EPG manifest. Updated monthly.
  • Library size — deduplicated movies + TV episodes available on-demand, against the upstream VOD manifest. Updated monthly.
  • Uptime— based on upstream provider reporting and our own customer-side polling. We cite a multi-year “rated for 99.9%” figure, not a guaranteed SLA. If a sustained outage affects you, we credit the affected days on request.
  • Support response time — median time from inbound WhatsApp message to first human reply, sampled across the previous 30 days during our published hours.
