Almost always a MAC-whitelist timing issue. The portal URL is correct, but your MAC hasn't been activated on our end yet. Re-send your MAC to Luxiptv on WhatsApp; we whitelist within 2 minutes. After we confirm, press EXIT on the remote and choose "Reboot Portal" — the channel grid loads. If it still doesn't, double-check the URL ends in /c/ (not /portal/ or no trailing slash).
The MAG box can't reach the internet. Open Settings → System Settings → Network. If you're on Ethernet, swap the cable and try a different LAN port on the router. If you're on Wi-Fi, re-join the network and verify the password (the on-screen keyboard sometimes adds a trailing space). Set DNS manually to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) — fixes "No link" on most ISP routers within 30 seconds.
Stalker portal EPG cache hasn't refreshed. From the home screen press SETUP → System Settings → Advanced Settings → Reset EPG (varies slightly by firmware version). Then EXIT → Reboot Portal. The 7-day guide reloads from our server in under 60 seconds. If EPG still doesn't load, message us — we force a portal-side EPG rebuild on your MAC.
Expected — the 322 and 324 are H.264-only, no HEVC decoder. Most 4K streams in 2026 are HEVC main-10. The fix is to use the 1080p version of the channel (always listed alongside in the Luxiptv EPG, e.g. "Sky Sports HD" instead of "Sky Sports 4K"). For a permanent fix, upgrade to a MAG 524 — the cheapest current model with full 4K HEVC support.

Every Infomir MAG box prints its MAC address in three places, so you never have to guess. (1) On screen: Settings → System Settings → About → Hardware Info — the MAC line shows the full address in 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx format (Infomir's vendor prefix is always 00:1A:79). (2) On a sticker on the underside of the box itself — a small white label under the model number. The portal URL is the single most important field on a MAG box — it tells the firmware where to download the channel list, EPG and on-demand library from. The format is always a full HTTP(S) URL ending in /c/ or /stalker_portal/c/, for example http://yourname.luxiptv.me/c/. You do not invent it — your IPTV provider issues it after they whitelist your MAC. "Loading portal" stuck on a MAG box has exactly three causes, in order of probability. (1) Wrong portal URL: a single wrong character — uppercase letter, missing /c/ at the end, http:// vs https:// — and the portal can't load. Re-open Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals, clear Portal 1 URL completely, and re-paste the URL Luxiptv sent you on WhatsApp using a USB or Bluetooth keyboard (avoid the on-screen remote keyboard — it auto-capitalises). (2) MAC not yet whitelisted: if you typed the URL before we processed your MAC, the portal returns empty. Message us on WhatsApp; we whitelist in under 2 minutes and you choose "Reboot Portal" again. (3) DNS / network: switch the box's DNS to 1.1.1.1 in Settings → System Settings → Network, then reboot. If all three are fine, send us your MAC + a screenshot of the portal screen and we diagnose live.
No — the MAG firmware is the IPTV app. Infomir designed MAG boxes specifically for IPTV, so the Stalker / Ministra middleware that loads channel lists, EPG and on-demand video is baked into the system. There is no Google Play, no Amazon Appstore, no sideloading, no APK, no developer mode. You don't install IPTV Smarters or TiviMate on a MAG — those are Android apps and MAG isn't Android. The only thing you configure is the portal URL.
